The information on this website is general education about life insurance. It does not assess your circumstances, recommend a particular policy, or replace an individual discussion of your needs and available options. Insurance is provided by an insurer
PathwaysFinServ is not an insurance company. Insurance contracts are issued by the applicable insurer. Coverage, premiums, eligibility, exclusions, limitations, and benefits depend on the insurer's underwriting, the approved application, and the policy's terms. This website does not guarantee acceptance, a particular premium, or a coverage outcome.
Products and services are available only where the agent is authorized to provide them and where the applicable insurer offers them. Discuss current availability before making an application.
Contacting a licensed agent
Submitting the request form, calling, or emailing starts a conversation with a licensed agent. The request form is hosted by Close and collects your name, email address, and any optional phone number or question you provide. Submission does not submit an insurance application, bind coverage, change an existing policy, designate a beneficiary, or confirm that an insurer has accepted a request. Use the insurer's authorized process for applications and policy changes.
Please do not rely on a form submission, unanswered email, or voicemail for a time-sensitive policy request. Contact the insurer directly when an existing policy requires urgent attention.
Do not include Social Security numbers, banking information, medical records, identification documents, or other sensitive application information in the request form or ordinary email. Ask the agent for the appropriate process.
Calls and text messages
Calls may be recorded where permitted. Ask the agent about recording if you have questions. This website does not operate an SMS enrollment form or enroll visitors in a text-message program. Visiting these pages or submitting a request form, including an optional phone number, does not authorize promotional text messages.
Links and availability
The request-form link opens Close's hosted form. Phone and email links open the relevant application on your device. External services have their own terms and privacy practices. Website information may change, and pages may occasionally be unavailable. Confirm current product and policy information with the agent and the applicable insurer.
