This website provides information about life insurance and ways to contact a licensed agent, including a link to a request form hosted by Close. It does not provide an insurance application, account registration, or payment feature. We have not installed advertising pixels, visitor analytics, or tracking cookies on these pages.
The hosting provider may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information, the page requested, and the time of access to deliver and protect the website. This notice does not replace the hosting provider's own notices or policies.
When you contact a licensed agent
The request form asks for your full name and email address. You may also provide a phone number and a question or message. Submitting the form requests a response about your enquiry. The information and a record of your submission are stored in Close so the agent can respond and keep track of the next steps you request or agree to.
If you call or email, your communication may also include your name, phone number, email address, questions, and other information you choose to provide. This information may be used to respond and keep a record of the conversation.
Contact and communication records may be managed in Close, our customer relationship management system, and through the providers supporting business email and phone service. Calls may be recorded where permitted. Please ask the agent about recording before sharing information you would prefer not to have recorded.
Please do not include Social Security numbers, banking information, medical records, identification documents, or other sensitive application information in the request form or ordinary email. Ask the agent for the appropriate application or document-sharing process.
Service providers and insurance applications
Providers supporting website hosting, business communication, and record management may process information as part of those services. If you decide to pursue an insurance application, the insurer or application provider will provide its own notices and explain the information it needs. This website does not collect underwriting or application information.
Text messaging
